backup application

i have a single machine need to take backup separately on tape drive which application can i use i am looking for web interface programs for this

Your question is not very clear. What operating system? A desktop pc? Tape drive is external or in that pc? Or is it a tape drive available over a network? You should be able to google backup software for operating systemX or some such.
