debian without CD


Hi...

1) Just wanna know whether I could install Debian without CD-ROM...it there's any could anyone provide me with the website(howto/debian packages)?

2) Does Debian uses ext3 format?

1) You can start the installation from diskettes, then download via network. Here is the authoritative link:
http://www.debian.org/distrib/
2) Yes, Debian works with ext3. You can see the filesystems your kernel knows about by reading /proc/filesystems
