Debian testing repos, is this right?

Hello, so i've decided i want to use Debian Wheezy.
I did an install of Squeeze with xorg, twm, lxpanel and nm-applet, and then upgraded to Wheezy. I've only ever run stable before and not entirly sure about testing. I seem to remmeber a notice somewhere about Debian testing users to make sure they remove the updates repo or something, but i couldn't find it.
Here is my sources.list
Code:
deb http://ftp.au.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.au.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main contrib non-free

deb http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main contrib non-free
Is this fine or should i have the updates repo?
(note: i plan on using wheezy through stable as well)

This is a good tool but if you don't know how Debian's repositories work you can put security repos in Sid and they don't actually exist. Having the knowledge of what repos are there is very helpful even with this useful tool.

True but for a guide it's ok, anyone that knows Debian will know security updates for sid are as likely as angels in hell.
