Hello,
I have problem with Vimicro zc301 Web cam. Simply it stop working after system upgrade (15-07-2008). On kernel 2.6.24 was working prfectly, on kernel 2.6.25 I didn't check.
I've also check if when i run debian on kernel 2.6.24, the camera will work, but it's not working - few days ago it runs perfect on this kernel.
I have installed to run webcam:
gspca-modules-2.6.25-2-486 - Driver
Xawtv - Program to capturing image from camera
Please help me, I don't wan't go back to windows (Webcam is very important to me, I use it for skype)
When I try run XAWTV in console program say:
