Debian etch live installation on USB Memory key.

Hi.., I've the image "debian-live-40r0-rc1-i386-gnome-USB.img" from Debian-live project.., and a 4 GB Kingston USB - Pendrive. I've only access to a windows xp system. Now anyone can help me to install a bootable debian live system on my pendrive, with this image? I need to setup this pen-drive accessible in other platforms also (Like Windows, Mac etc). Kindly give me a step by step solution.., because, I'm new to Debian-live and a usb pen-drive..
