As uberNUT69 suggested, you could grab the netinstall CD to start the installer and then pull down the rest of the packages you need from the Internet during the install. Or, check out
http://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/ for mirrors holding the 'stable' release, I'd say grab the first couple of CD's to get the system installed without a fuss incase you can't get Internet during your install. The CD's you listed were from the testing branch, which although is what most people run, but I'd recommend installing from 'stable', then adding the sources for 'testing' as outlined in the debian docs.
