curl dependency issues in testing/sid
Hello,
I'm having troubles upgrading my installation, which is basically testing with a couple of packages out of sid (mostly security related ones and the ones I use often). This requires me to have both, libcurl3 and libcurl4 installed. Now with this update, aptitude tells me that the new version of libcurl3 collides with libcurl4 and therefore wants to remove libcurl4. This however would require me to downgrade clamav and openoffice, which is a mediocre solution for me.
Is there a debian informed person here who knows why the new libcurl3 suddenly collides with libcurl4 when the current one does not ? Will this change or should I remove the packages from sid ? How did you resolve this (in case you had the problem) ?
