CUPS won't accept duplex unit in printer, or more than base memory

Using Wheezy 7.5, KDE.
Printer: HP 2420dn

With Squeeze, I selected duplexer present, and the correct memory. Everything worked.

In Wheezy, I select duplexer and correct memory. Neither setting is remembered, and the duplexer is never used. Squeeze still runs on another HD, and uses the duplexer.

Any suggestions on how to approach this problem?

You should be able to copy the correct ppd file from the working system.

Roughly, what should it be called?

Where should that file be?

There are several hplip ppd files in usr/share.
