Create Debian LiveCD from scratch

Where will I find instructions on how to build a Debian Based LiveCD from scratch?

Once I have my system set up how I want it, I pretty much want to attempt to turn the HD Image into a live CD.

Try this article (from google searching "how to build linux live cd")

http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/7246

There are a number of results on the first page of the above search that will get you started.
