Couldn't Load Font "Sans 10"

I have been trying to run Gaim 0.75 on Debian 3.0, but it's been giving me these errors when I run it with the --debug argument:

g_log: Couldn't load font "Sans 10" falling back to "Sans 10"
g_log: Couldn't load font "Sans 10" falling back to "Sans 10"
g_log: All font failbacks failed!!!!

Sure enough, the Sans font does not appear to be installed on my system. What package will install this font for me?

did you compile gaim 0.75 yourself or install a precompiled packaged from someone else ? My guess is if from someone else, and that person uses some specific font&size then that 's where that error is from.
