Configure Mouse Middle Button

I have some ThinClien with OS ThinPro (very small Debian). They use for connect to Virtual Machines and Applications with Windows XP and Server 2003. When work with Autodesk AutoCAD middle button used for navigate.
When click middle button it start action "Paste", but I need that it actions seems "middle button click". It make impossible normal work with AutoCAD and same applications.

Can I configure middle button action?

The mouse setting you need sounds like a setting in Autocad, not in the operating system. You should look within Autocad for the correct setting.

MiddleButton process "Paste" action in all Applications and in base OS too, without any started programs.
