Compiz Fusion Debian Sid 4.2

Hi!

I have just installed Debian Sid 4.2 and I want to install compiz-fusion, but I have some problems.

I add the repository to the /etc/apt/sources.list, then I do an apt-get update and everything is ok, but then when I try to install it I get the following message:

Los siguientes paquetes tienen dependencias incumplidas:
compiz-fusion-kde: Depende: compiz-core (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compiz-plugins (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compiz-kde (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: libdecoration0 (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: libcompizconfig0 (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compizconfig-backend-kconfig (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: python-compizconfig (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compizconfig-settings-manager (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compiz-fusion-bcop (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compiz-fusion-plugins-main (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compiz-fusion-plugins-extra (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: emerald (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: emerald-themes (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: libemeraldengine0 (>= 0.6.99) pero no va a instalarse
Depende: fusion-icon pero no va a instalarse
E: Paquetes rotos

It is in spanish, but it says:
The following packages have incomplete dependencies.
compiz-fusion-kde : Depends compiz-core (>= 0.6.99) but it is not going to install.

Thanks.

I second shames repo. Works for me. Finally made the upgrade from beryl last night. I've tried fusion several times before but this is the first time that its seemed worthwhile. I think the regular debian repos don't have emerald in them either, so that is an added benefit of shames.

Shame where have you been hiding? If you using Sid then Shame's repo is the way to go.

Smile

I've had some personal stuff to deal with so the repo (and anything else computer related) was put on the back burner for a while.

But I'm pleased to say the repo is now back to normal
