Can i make fileroller to open 7ziped files?


or i cant?

never got one of those, do you have a link to a 7ziped file?

i can un7zip using CLI.....

but to make life easier , i want to use GUI to extract it (fileroller)

start file-roller, then open your 7ziped file.

It should now be associated. If not, right-click on the archive and go into the "open with" tab, choose file-roller if it's there, if not add it.

....oh....

Actually i can associate 7z with file roller.
but as i know (if i am not wrong) 7z is just a GUI front end to various de/compression program.
But in this case it can not act as a front end of the program 7z...
