Booting hangs for 30 seconds then continues in Jessie.


I am using Jessie with init. systemd has been installed but it was then removed.

dmesg shows this unexplained delay.

i think you have to look at both entries before and after the delay.

the i915 vga driver is pretty common and i can't imagine any problems with that.
subsequent entries relate to /etc/fstab.
for troubleshooting, you can try to disable swap (maybe type "sudo swapoff", then comment out swap in fstab, then reboot).
