Boot process bypasses

I've remastered the Kubuntu distro and all things went well except that the booting process bypasses on some system and switching to IDE booting.

I thought that it may be of making iso filesystem so I put all the parameteres here to find it out together:

# mkisofs -pad -l -J -r -v -V "Linux-Remastered 1.0" -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c isolinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4
-boot-info-table -hide-rr-moved -o ../linux-remastered.iso .

if more info needed, just tell me.
Thanks

More info

One more thing, it is so strange that the CD can be boot by external Drivers, but with internal drivers I should force it through boot menu and sometimes it doesn't work.
