Unhappy Bind error message

After installing Bind DNS and configuring our zone, we got the following error message when clicking on "Apply Zone":

NDC command failed : rndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: connection refused [/U]

Do you have a 'controls' section in your /etc/named.conf ?

Code:
controls {
        inet 127.0.0.1 allow { localhost; } keys { rndckey; }; };
You also need to include the rndc key:

Code:
include "/etc/rndc.key";
