Apt-pinning question

I've been looking up on apt pinning and it seems pritty simple, but I have one question, I want to pin the official repose (main, contrib, non-free) above the Debian Multimedia one, how exactly do I do that?

Package: *
Pin: release a=testing
Pin-Priority: 650

I assume I just replace a=testing with something, but I have no idea what that something is.

Looks like you want to use the origin="" tag on the Pin: line.
