apt-move - how to get over Release.gpg problem

Whatever I try I get this:

I: Retrieving InRelease
I: Failed to retrieve InRelease
I: Retrieving Release
I: Retrieving Release.gpg
E: Failed getting release signature file file:///home/mirror/dists/testing/Release.gpg

I want to use debootstrap with my mirror created with apt-move. The mirror looks fine but doesn't contain Release.gpg. I don't know how to get one. I tried https://ftp-master.debian.org/keys.html, apt-key, or get one from debian mirror.

Any hint'd be appreciated.

Take a look at this link navigate to the dist you want and click on the Release.gpg you wish to download.

I would also advise that if you just want to have a small repository you could take a look at this link, head to section 09 and read how to point apt locally.

debootstrap says
1)
I: Retrieving InRelease
I: Failed to retrieve InRelease
I: Retrieving Release
I: Retrieving Release.gpg
I: Checking Release signature
E: Invalid Release signature (key id AED4B06F473041FA)

2) (/archives is dir with all my packages)
I: Retrieving InRelease
I: Failed to retrieve InRelease
I: Retrieving Release
E: Failed getting release file file:///archives/dists/testing/Release

as you can see debootstrap demands that files are organized like in ftp you mentioned.

My problem is how get over the Release file problem. I want to somehow turn off verification of file because I don't understand the singing procedure - I can't do it myself (as for now)
