apt-get: python2.3 configure error

I just did an apt-get dist-upgrade and now I'm getting this error. What should I do to get python2.3 to configure itself? dpkg --configure isn't fixing it. I can only assume there may be something I need to do to python2.3 because of the "Sorry: TypeError" lines.
Code:
