well, it seems like you've already done that! (and even more).. on june 6 woody was replaced by sarge as the new "stable" release. this is why it is sometimes recommended to use the toy story names (sarge = stable, etch = testing, sid = unstable, as you can see in my sources.list) so you don't upgrade accidentally.
EDIT: hmm, having re-read your posts it's hard to tell which release you're using at the moment. of course you can stick with woody and upgrade later. but you'll have to include/uncomment the sid repositories in your sources.list for the installation of NAV.
