aGNUla/Debian cant login


I have installed agnula. It doesnt install kde by default. I made apt-get install kde kdm, and everything installed just fine. Now when i reboot machine and get to the kdm i cant login not as normal user not as root.
kde ver 3.3.1. Someone else having problem? Solution anyone?

you have to configure gdm(default) to allow root to login(default=no root login). you may have to do that with kdm. but try to use gdm to login.

Thanks for reply

With gdm everything is just okay. But i would like to use kde and if using gdm i am not able to get in kde this logout,reboot,shutdown dialog like i now have in gnome when using gdm.
