Unhappy active startup logo


Hello
I want to change my startup show logo instead of message text,so I do some work but it didnt work, such as used plymouth (have error,when I run os my system was in Deadlock,or I changed bootup logo on kernel but no thing changed.
I want do this with kernel without helping a software of linux.
how can do it?
please help me.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking. By startup, do you mean the boot screen or the login screen or something else?

Perhaps a screen shot or photo of the display in question would help clarify your question.

Why? That text is a series of messages showing what is booting properly and if/what/where there are problems. A logo is pretty, but does not tell the user anything.

I mean boot screen,do you have any idea?
can I write a script that call image that show in boot time?

That's called the bootsplash and you have to change it in the bootloader. You can't run scripts in the bootloader.

Just a guess, but, I think what the OP is trying to do is similar to the tux log which use to have a progress bar instead of boot message.
