ACPI vs APM

Is APM supported in the sarge kernel (2.6.8)? if so, is it a built in or a module?

It looks like the bios pnp doesn't work properly, ACPI is conflicting with my USB so I had to boot with acpi disabled.

Thanks!

If you disable acpi, apm should automatically load. If not, just modprobe apm
