not sure what your asking two systems one flash. partition flash load system the on the other configure then have them run on a raid. to boot google around. please do not expect people to write a tech document good luck. then dd if=/dev/cdrom of=/dev/sda2/cdrom.iso now on the new partion it looks like a cdrom live cd. make sure you in the isolinux.conf you point to the drive and partition. good luck. and make sure you can boot from a flash drive and that partition. other wise you will need a boot loader.
