No matter what I try, I get "can't find knoppix filesystem" on USB install

I'm trying to boot DSL from a USB pendrive. I'm aware that there's an installer from within the Live-CD menu's (once booted), but I'm trying to follow any of a number of wiki's (like pendrivelinux.com) that do the same thing. But I get the above error message.
