custom LAMP setup
 

How would I create a custom live cd to run fluxbox,mysql,phpmyadmin, apache, php5, gubed and quanta? I would like them to be pre-installed and configured on the cd. I may have to put some custom bash scripts on too

there seem to be alot of stuff out there on live cds.
