Boot times plz?

Hi folks,

Im going to install DSL once I figure out how to translate my current grub config to a lilo config ( so I can boot my other oses).

Im just curious what kind of boot times everyone is getting. Im installing it just so I can get a quick boot - its going to be a jukebox.

Regards,

unholy

Grub also works fine at booting DSL..
Simply edit your grub.conf file to include your DSL partition.
No need to rerun grub.
It's usually found in your /boot dir or partition of whatever distro you originally installed grub.

I used to use DSL. My system started, with DSL installed on the HDD, in about twenty seconds. Thats not counting the BIOS tests my computer runs every time you turn it on.

Your milage may vary.
