If you have used the LQ bookmarks functionality in the past, please migrate all of your bookmarks to the new site. We've made migration as simple as possible. All you have to do is click the "Migrate to bookmarks.LQ" link for each bookmark you'd like to move. Please note that you must be logged into LQ Bookmarks when you do this. If you're not familiar with, we think you'll like it. It allows you to bookmark, tag, annotate and share links to Open Source and Linux related sites. It also allows you to access your bookmarks from any browser on any machine.
The drive to 3,000 LQ Wiki articles continues. We're almost to 2,500 now. Visit to help us build the largest general Linux knowledgebase on the web. If you'd like to contribute, but aren't sure what to write about, visit for a list of pages that people would like written.
