I'm proud to announce the addition of a new site into our growing network of sites. LQ Bookmarks allows you to bookmark, tag, annotate and share links to Open Source and Linux related sites. It also allows you to access your bookmarks from any browser on any machine. The ability to share and see what others are sharing is called social bookmarking. You can view links in the order they were added, by tag, by user or by popularity. RSS feeds are available for all queries. All content on the site is available under a Creative Commons license. Goto and start sharing your bookmarks.
I am happy to announce that, after a small hiatus, LQ Radio has returned. Visit to listen to episode #2. Topics include Linux on the desktop, beagle, Apple moving to Intel, blogging, Linux appliances, broadcom, Google's Linux app, the Vienna Linux migration and much much more. Total running time is 1:29. Another episode will be coming soon, so make sure you subscribe your podcatcher (or now iTunes) to the RSS feed. Additionally, visit to listen to the LQ Podcasts.
Two additional fields have been added to your LQ profile. LQ Bookmarks Username and LQ Wiki Username allow you to tie all of your LQ contributions together. Visit and update your profile now.
Just a reminder that answering threads with 0 replies is a great way to not only help your fellow LQ members, but help LQ itself. Visit and see if you can answer a thread that currently has no replies. Thanks.

With an expo floor of over 200 exhibitors and over 10 hours of free educational opportunities where you can hear directly from leaders in the industry, LinuxWorld Conference & Expo is where you can get the information and insight you need to be one step ahead of the game.
