You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

I want to install ffmpeg... Hope you can help me out.

Last time I used EL6, I dropped rpmfusion repos. I saw updates, but couldn't upgrade because of dependency problems. So, try to remove them, nux-dextop would be enough. And, quite frankly, the title of the thread is misleading.

mixing third party repos is never a great idea
the cent wiki stresses that

also you have not installed and CONFIGURED!!! yum-priorites

that plugin was made to PREVENT your issue
