hplip install centos 6.8

HP CP1025nw
Appears to install all the way but won't print.
Diagnse:

I fear that your post is far too terse. Could you expand on what exactly is happening, please, so that folks don't have to read between the lines?

What appears to install? HPLIP or the printer?

tried twice
(printing from my Mac laptop on same ethernet works fine. I just re-built my Centos (up to date, 6.8) on a new disk after a crash)
Followed the standard hplip install
1. All seems to install OK but no printing occurs.
