I wish I'd known about Bodhi Linux earlier. It looks interesting. Downloading it right now for my netbook/tablet.

So how's it going?

Hi Sotanaht!

How's it going with Bodhi? We've been playing since 1.0, been serious since 1.1 - seems to work surprisingly well, c/w other E17 distros. I'm a fan of E17 but usually ended up wiping them after hitting stability problems.

Bodhi 1.1.0 was significantly more stable than Ubuntu Natty on our hardware over several months testing.

Bodhi 1.2.x seems to be at least as stable as (the much improved) Ubuntu Oneiric for us, and far lower cpu/RAM requirements.

lol, I actually haven't actually installed it yet, what with school and all. I'll try it on a liveUSB as soon as I can. I'm not sure when I'll be able to install it if I choose to, because if I end up messing up my Ubuntu install I'll be SOL when it comes to taking notes in class.
