Question Engage module covering or blocking part of screen

I have a newly installed Bodhi 1.3 which I am currently playing around with to see how to modify things to my liking. I found the Engage module which upon reading the description I tried out. It however is blocking most of the screen with a black bar (see attached screenshot) which apparently when you click on will still respond with the application running underneath it. I tried looking at the setting if I can adjust it somehow but no luck there. Is this a bug? or am I doing something wrong?
