/proc/cpuinfo "lm" cpuflag
OMFG What a NOOB am I!!!
Today I've occasionally discovered what does 'lm' flag from /proc/cpuinfo mean... I've been using my AMD Sempron 3000+ cpu for already 4 years and had no clue it can handle 64-bit! ahahahah omfg I'm such a noob...
Actually, I was looking for a way to test powersaving features of CPU, I'm buying a new laptop for my mom, and the laptop has no pre-installed OS on it, so I needed a way to test powersaving features. Gentoo livecd fits that needs well. And while I was looking for a section in /proc/cpuinfo I found that 'lm' explanation
Just tested it @ gentoo 64-bit livedvd.
