My next impression by Linux

Few days ago I've been into some C coding and again got impressed by how greatly linux is organised! Dependencies are written the clear way. The "./configure" script is a standard. The "Makefile" is a standard. and so on... they aren't strictly linux-related but I mostly work in Linux environment... I actually refer to UNIX standards I guess. It is so simple to create and redistribute own application using standard utils, making it easily-installable! I love this!
Anyway, Linux is the best software ever done! If not Linux, I don't know where we would have been today.

... the more I see proprietary apps 4 windowz and windowz itself the more I realize it goes back to the stoneage: in the past we could have ignored unsorted features, unorganised development process, lack of many many features coming now "out-of-box" with almost every UNIX-like system, but NOT NOW, after more than 15 YEARS of development... Stoneage rules the computer world, how is that? ^_^

Linux and the real world are much alike. Because Linux was built by hackers. By those, who look deeper into the world, unlike those who only look deeply for a way to get more money spending less time and resources, thinking mostly about career and more money, which leads to self-destruction in the future, because packets that are looping over and over again around same (even virtual) device will likely cause it to fail one day, because of affecting the physical system.
Life is not about localhost.

Oh, and by the way... you might enjoy "Sweet November" movie, shows few points I'm making

Time to move to the real world, use Linux and experience the full power of computer!
