web page loads as follows
1.when you type in the url in the address bar,resolver,the program in browser sends it to dns server.
2.the dns server looks up the url in its database and returns the corresponding ip address of that url
3.the browser now forms a TCP connection and content transfer takes place.
4.then the browser interprets the content.

the time taking things in this process are dns lookup and content transfer,interpretation.
there is nothing...

How linux reduces Global Warming?

1.linux is less on resources i.e., it uses less CPU,MEMORY which means power consumption is less.
on an average windows 7 consumes 600MB of RAM,but,linux uses only 200MB means linux consumes 1/3rd of power that of windows consumes in case of RAM.

2.unlike windows,linux is 100% immune to viruses.so,we don't need an anti-virus which means we are not using our power,time to download an anti-virus,update it,scan the computer.

3.linux never hangs up,so,u need not...

alternative to rm command

i've seen many users deleting files and reporting how to recover them.
instead of recovering i've thought of redirecting the files deleted to trash.so,that it might be helpful to recover them.
here's how i do it.

1.take a variable,for example:TRASHPATH.
2.assign the exact path of trash to that variable.
most likely,trash path will be /home/username/.Trash.
3.here's the code just paste this into your .bashrc file.
