Get A Psion Working Under openSUSE 10.3

Posted 08-26-2010 at 12:53 PM by theacerguy

Hi All
if any of you are wondering why kpsion and plpftp wont work under 10.3 its because ncpd needs to be run as root now the easiest way to do this is
1)Press Alt+F2
2)Type kdesu kpsion
3)then Follow setup and your new psion will be detected
4)open either kpsion of plpftp as you
5)Do All Your Psion Stuff
so doing that will get your psion working just fine but remember it has to be repeated every time you reboot
