querry on Netgear WG311 v2 PCI Adapter ( 54 Mbps )

Posted 03-31-2006 at 03:40 AM by urvashi

I am using IBM machine and I have installed Netgear
WG311 v2 PCI Wireless Adapter Card (54 Mbps). I am
working on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (RHEL 4). Its
entry is being shown by running kudzu however hardware
broswer is not picking it up. Also, the LED that is
supposed to glow to show whether the card is active
does not glow. So how should the card be configured?
I shall be highly grateful to you if you consider my
querry and reply soon....

Hi, I'm newbie in Linux and I don't know how to apply patch gdb-5.3 to my gdb. I think I have to find gdb source, but I find only the executable gdb in my system. In which folder is the source gdb? Thanks in advance!

I can't change my password in Mandriva 2006

Posted 03-26-2006 at 01:45 AM by Bengan

I have tried to change my password several times, but get the comment that my selected new password is a dictionary word. That is a lie - I enter a random combination of letters and digits. What's up with that, and what can I do about it?
