OpenSlug NAS

Posted 04-04-2007 at 08:54 AM by Caysho

I recently got myself one of these.
I flashed it with OpenSlug 3.10, and I'm doing the following with it:
  • Sharing a 250 GB drive with samba.
  • Sharing a printer (Samsung ML-1740) with cups
  • Torrent box with transmission and dtach
  • NTP server with the listen option in the OpenNTPD configuration file.

I want to change the torrent software to rtorrent, but there's a few problems with it on the Slug. The solution to the first problem doesn't work for me, and I'm using ext3.
