Real Time Linux Installation

I m new to Linux and want to learn RTLinux, for this i download rtl3.2, while installtion every thing was ok but at last step of
$ make regression
rtl_time failed apears on screan i m not at all getting why it is so

New Focus

Hi Again Everyone,

With the recent Official release of Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (Dapper Drake) I've had to mull what to do with this Blog. I have decided to keep it going and just focus it on my many pokings about in Dapper. I am one of those Techie type folks that loves to tinker and Hack (that being the origional positive connotation hack). So I figured why not let other benefit from my trials and tribulations and other adventures. To that effect I have re-named the blog slightly and...

Where I'm at currently......

Well, I just clicked the "my blog" by accident. I'd forgotten that I'd started one.

So, it's about time that I updated it. Where am I (linux wise)?

I'm now using Kubuntu Dapper 6.06 which I arrived at, via a "soujourn" with SuSE 10.1

How did I get here (at kubuntu)? Well, I'd been happily using Mandriva 2006 - fully upgraded with the Thac/Ze packages to be able to benefit from their kde 3.5.2 packages, when I started reading stuff...

to Try a New Distro...

received an e-mail from LQ today... checked out some distro info...
considering i might d/l another distro todayl i really like Fedora Core 5, my current which i've had and used for approx 3-4 weeks. i see debian listed as a popular distro, so i might go that route instead. just not sure yet.
