3DTV isn't really 3D if it isn't holographic

To view today's current 3D programming, you need glasses. You can still use 3D glasses on regular TVs! That means there's currently nothing a 3DTV can do that any current TV can't. Hell, I have even viewed standard-definition 3D DVDs on a 15-year-old set! It's really the glasses that...

Ubuntu 11.04: The OS to beat

Posted 01-08-2011 at 03:50 PM by Kenny_Strawn (Kenny the one-teen comittee to stamp out Proprietary $uckware)

  • You need the OpenSSH Match directive with support for the ChrootDirectory directive! This functionality exists as of OpenSSH version 5.1. [1]
  • Alas, your RHEL5 server still runs OpenSSH version 4.3p2. [2]

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Some thoughts and a solution:

You can...

Posted 01-08-2011 at 02:47 PM by Web31337 (In The Middle Of Nowhere [edK's blog])

Long time no posting
Today I'm going to describe my so called experience with gentoo stage3 from 2008, linked against uClibc, a tiny C library for developing embedded environments.
I first met uClibc on my router's tomato-usb firmware. I was amazed when I've seen how small memory usage was, even for coreutils-apps.
Since that I was looking for decent inspiration to try out building my own uClibc-based environment. As I previously wrote (I think I did), I once was an assembler...
