Asus EeePC 1015PEM RaLink 2860 Wi-Fi Card (RT2860)

I have NetworkManager from GNOME, but you can install wicd-1.7.0 from the /extras directory so you have a wireless applet that will allow you to set up wireless networking.

To get this wi-fi card to work on Slackware 13.1, blacklist the module rt2800pci.

# vi /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

Add the following line(s) to this file

# This is to fix the module problem on my Asus Eeepc 1015PEM...

Claws-Mail with GnuPG Encryption

This tutorial will setup Claws-Mail with HTML Mail Viewing, Spam Filtering and GnuPG Encryption. If you use Yahoo Mail or some other service, you will need to get the settings for your email from your provider. The information here came from the Claws-Mail Help and from SlackBuilds.org.

Compile and install the following applications in the following order from SlackBuilds.org

1. libetpan-1.0 (Dependency of Claws-Mail)...
