LFS 7.2 progression report 1

I made it to Grep-2.14 today and so far everything is compiling correctly and no problems that can't be solved are halting the effort.
I did run into one problem today with binutils-2.22 second pass, in which I had to remove the binutils-build directory and all files before it would build for the second pass. Not bad, but this wasn't in the documentation. There should be some added hints to remove/delete or clean up old workspaces and directories for multiple passthroughs for compiling, but so far it wasn't hard to figure out and everything now works.
Tomorrow I'll be tackling GZip and the rest of the temporary ssytem before hitting the main phases of building the system.
