New libLQ-qt version

This is a temporary post.
The current version will be posted here, which also has links to non-qt version.

This is a makefile generation system with automatic source detection and several modes of operation so other makefile systems can be added to a project, each source file can make a separate main, etc. (Type mc2 -help after installation.)
The directory tree itself becomes the project organization.
The d/load is about 600K for the makefile creator and the libLQ library. It can be built as a static or a dynamic lib, but installs in the users HOME/usr32 directory, so the PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH must updated in your shell rc file. See the README's.
This has been moving fairly slowing due to a possibly misguided attempt to "interact" with the QT objects through an 'interpreter'.
Not ready to give up on that project quite yet, but this version of the lib and mc2 should be a pleasant change for you if you have had problems with other 3.0 versions.
