Wrote a little freebasic program that did not require any extra hardware to experiment with pwm.

Starting to spend more time on my linux based pc robot.



The future brains with dc-dc ps.



It probably will not be autonomous at first. Plan to connect to a web interface via local wifi for the time being.

Feet installed and now to install the brain.

My first (well almost) php program.

Just a quick piece of code I wrote to start learning php. Had to do something better than "Hello, World" My odata file is quite a bit larger, but I just put the small version for sake of space. This program is beginner level, but it worked for me.

Going to take an nte931 (7805?) if I can find one to use is as part of a dc-dc ps for my Chumby. Then the Chumby will be truly portable.

The avi files on my camera are way to large. might use the following to squish them down into ogv format. Did this once before and it took an over 200 meg file and compressed it to under 6 megs.

Step 1, convert AVI to MPEG file :
Open a terminal and type this command line :
ffmpeg -i theoriginalfile.avi...
