Probably going to get lambasted for this, but it is something to think about when judging a potential employee. Can a potential employee use what they have or do they need thousands of dollars just to do the simplest thing to get going. Here we will pit a confirmed Microsoft software only advocate versus someone who has at least some familiarity with linux or is willing to try something new and use the systems alloted to them.

Endless loop programs are great to help you learn how to use the screen command.

Between www.meetdageeks.com, www.instructables.com/member/computothought, and computothought.wordpress.com, you should find some new material to read.

Survived an A/C replacement, but not the drought. Smell of smoke in this part of the country brings much unrest to say the least.

Been busy. Working on an Android development machine. If all goes well I should be able to develop...
