Squirrelmail Error 354 Message not sent. Server replied:

Hi Guys,
I too have the same problem of Message not sent. Server replied: 354
What could be the issue?
When i use telnet from the server am able to send the mail but using squirrelmail gives the above error message.
Any ideas please?
