Jim and Bob predict the future

"Hey, Bob."
"Yeah, Jim?"
"Do you know that I can see the future just by a part of my body itching?"
"Really?"
"Yep. Wanna see?"
"Okay. My nose is itching. Means someone's coming to see you."
Just then someone knocks at the door. It's Bob's uncle. They talk and Bob returns.
"That's amazing, Jim."
"Okay, my ear is itching. Means someone is talking about you."
The phone rings and Bob answers it. After a few minutes, Bob returns.
"That was my brother Johnny. It seems that Billy and Earl have been talking about me behind my back. Jim, that's an amazing talent you got there."
"Wait. My ass is itching and I don't know what it means."
"I know what it means."
"What?"
"Means it's time for you to take a bath."
"Yeah, Jim?"
