Problems with Mono

I am new to linux, and i tried to install Mono, of which it is a hard nut 2 crack, and now i can't even run a small program. I also have a problem with installing other programs, and i am askin for help. The following is the error message:

So what did i miss, or where is my problem, n how can i install Mono, since i want 2 program, and i have a deadline to meet? Please help! Your help is highly appreciated!
