Generic concept: Unite and Conquer

1. I'm not very good with words. Sometimes I can see something very clearly in my head,

The begining

For some time now I come up with different ideas how to make Linux a better OS.
Mostly I write down these ideas on my PC at home in hope that one day I'll have time to implement them.
Unfortunately I don't, so the ideas are gathering dust.
Some of the ideas are general concepts that are not related to specific application or even OS.
Some I even doubt can be implemented at all.
